The staff at the reception desk were perfect, very friendly and helpful. the free breakfast was very good, with fried eggs and toast provided. - the location is marvelous, close to Loughborough, with running and walking routes nearby, a roundabout, and a pub up the road.

Convenient setting close to town center, the Great Central Railway, and a bar/restaurant. Wide-ranging breakfast with toast and good food available to start the day

Stayed here for 1 night and did not want to leave. Had really lovely stay overall, exceptional place and the weather was very warm. I had the superior king room, it was air-conditioned. The staff were decent and the setting was marvellous and easy.

staff were very polite and friendly, we had a daughter playing in a netball competition at loughborough uni and we couldnt have been any closer.
in the room the tea and coffee tray was dirty ! with tea stains and spilt sugar under the paper doily and the milk was out of date and had gone off. the pillows could do with changing aswell as ours were very flat.

The spot here is really good, close to buses and not far from the university and a main road. Plus, there's a nice park just 3 km away for a leisurely stroll or some fresh air.
